What do I do if I have a dental emergency?
We do our best to see patients with genuine dental emergencies on the day they contact us. It is best to call us as early as you can, so we can arrange to see you. For emergency help outside opening hours, please telephone the practice and listen to the recorded message for advice and contact numbers.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep to an appointment. If you do not let us know in advance, with regret a cancellation fee may be incurred.
Can I park in the practice?
There are six vehicle spaces to the rear of the practice.
Do you have suitable access for people with disabilities?
We have ground floor surgeries with a ramp to the rear of the practice and so can provide access for people with wheelchairs. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.
Do you offer interest-free credit?
Please discuss the various payment options available with Sharon or Jennifer at reception.
